T-BALL PROGRAMS
T-Ball is the perfect modified game to teach children fundamental motor skills and develop physical literacy in a fun, exciting and inclusive way. With the focus on participation outcomes. The game is simple, easy to understand and geared towards maximizing activity whilst learning through game play. Softball NT has often partnered with Baseball NT to provide T-ball programs across the Territory. The T-ball programs cater to children aged between 4 and 7 years. The T-ball programs are run throughout the year in alignment to the NT School calendar and provide accredited and nationally recognized skills-based training to our younger generation acting as an introductory product into both Softball and Baseball. All abilities and levels of experience are welcome to join.
Some of the skills demonstrated within this training are, but not limited to:
- Hand-Eye coordination
- Team work and sportsmanship
- Discipline
- Resilience
- Social engagement
2023 T-Ball Program
$50 Softball NT Junior Membership fee (Pay once a year)
- You get a SNT hat and a SNT shirt
Term 1
$50 for Term 1 (10th February - 31st March) Friday's
- Will be at the Marrara Indoor Netball Centre 4:30-5:30pm
Term 2
$100 for Term 2 (26th April - 14th June) Wednesday's
- Will be at the Tracy Village Sports Complex 4:30-5:30pm
Term 3
$100 for Term 2 (26th July - 13th September) Wednesday's
- Will be at the Tracy Village Sports Complex 4:30-5:30pm
Term 4
$50 for Term 1 (20th October - 8th December) Friday's
- Will be at the Marrara Indoor Netball Centre 4:30-5:30pm
